目的:观察中药调脾抑胰方对比化疗治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:中药组:口服中药调脾抑胰方,每日1剂,28日为1个周期。化疗组:予GP方案化疗,28日为1周期。治疗2个周期后评价疗效,观察临床主要症状、瘤体、生存质量、体重、CA-199、整体疗效等指标。结果:改善临床主要症状:中药组优于化疗组(总有效率分别为88.33%、70.00%);控制瘤体:中药组与化疗组差异无显著性(总有效率分别为78.33%、71.67%);提高生存质量:中药组优于化疗组(总有效率分别为88.33%、51.67%);增加体重:中药组优于化疗组(总有效率分别为85.00%、70.00%);降低CA-199:中药组与化疗组差异无显著性(总有效率分别为75.00%、78.33%);整体疗效:中药组优于化疗组(总收益率分别为71.67%、53.33%)。结论:中药调脾抑胰方治疗胰腺癌患者,可以改善临床主要症状,提高生存质量,具有较好的整体疗效。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tiao-Pi Yi-Pan prescription compared with chemotherapy in treatment of pancreatic cancer. The overall efficacy was better in the traditional Chinese medicine group than in the chemotherapy group (the total return was 71.67% and 53.33% respectively). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Tiao-na-yi-yang decoction can reduce the main clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients with pancreatic cancer, and has a good overall effect.
