在海南岛白沙县3名苗族居民中发现一种新的葡糖6-磷酸脱氢酶变异型。其特点是,酶活性显著缺乏(仅正常值的3—9%),电泳迁移率正常,葡糖6-磷酸(G6P)米氏常数降低(11—37μM),底物同类物2-脱氧G6P利用率轻度增高(9.1—9.7%),脱氧辅酶Ⅱ利用率明显升高(103.0—167.5%),而耐热性明显降低,45℃20分钟残余酶活性仅23.1—29.0%。比较了文献报告的209种变异型后认为此为一新型,定名为Gd(—)苗族白沙型。
A new type of glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase variant was found in 3 Miao people living in Baisha County, Hainan Island. Characterized by a significant lack of enzyme activity (only normal 3-9%), normal electrophoretic mobility, glucose 6-phosphate (G6P) Michaelis constant decreased (11-37μM), the substrate congener 2-deoxy G6P The utilization rate was slightly increased (9.1-9.7%), the utilization rate of deoxy-CoA was significantly increased (103.0-167.5%), while the heat resistance decreased significantly. The residual enzyme activity at 20 ℃ for 45 ℃ was only 23.1-29.0%. After comparing 209 kinds of variants reported in the literature, this is regarded as a new type, named Gd (-) Miao white sand type.
