以马铃薯大西洋脱毒试管弱苗为外植体,进行壮苗和生根培养,以探明适宜的壮苗和生根培养基成分。结果表明:2MS和3MS培养基对马铃薯试管苗壮苗培养起到了明显的促进作用;3MS壮苗效果最好,所得试管苗株高较低,茎秆粗壮、叶片多、叶面积大、叶片厚;MS+0.5mg/L奈乙酸是马铃薯试管苗诱导生根的最适宜培养基,发根较早,生根条数多达12.39条,且根健壮。
In order to find out the suitable strong seedling and rooting medium components, the weak-seedlings of potato Atlantic virus-free test tube were used as explants for seedling and rooting. The results showed that 2MS and 3MS medium promoted the growth of potato plantlet seedlings effectively. 3MS seedling had the best effect. The plantlets obtained had lower plant height, thick stalks, more leaves, larger leaf area and thicker leaves ; MS + 0.5mg / L acetate was the most suitable culture medium for root induction of potato plantlets. The roots were earlier rooted and up to 12.39 rooted and robust.
