目的探讨高校教师的自我和谐及其与主观幸福感的相关关系。方法用“自我和谐量表”和“幸福感知识问卷”对411名高校教师进行团体调查,对高校教师的自我和谐及其与主观幸福感的相关关系进行研究。结果1高校教师的灵活性远远高于不和谐和刻板性。但在刻板性上,学历越低,职称越高,刻板性越低;学历越高,职称越高,刻板性越高;2高校教师的自我和谐与主观幸福感的相关程度不高,对其预测力在0.10左右。结论高校教师自我和谐整体状况良好,但与主观幸福感的关系较为有限。
Objective To explore the relationship between the self-harmony of college teachers and their subjective well-being. Methods A group survey of 411 university teachers was carried out using the self-consistency scale and the questionnaire of happiness knowledge to study the relationship between college teachers’ self-harmony and subjective well-being. Results 1 The flexibility of university teachers is much higher than the discordant and rigid. However, on the rigidness, the lower the academic record, the higher the professional title, the lower the rigidness; the higher the academic record, the higher the professional title, the higher the rigidness; 2 The correlation between self-harmony and subjective well-being of university teachers is not high, Prediction of 0.10 or so. Conclusion The overall self-harmony of university teachers is good, but their relationship with subjective well-being is rather limited.
