煤矿机械中大量采用液压元件,用于动力、控制和执行等机构中。煤矿中的工作条件比较恶劣,对液压元件的可靠性和使用寿命要求严格。元件的使用寿命和可靠性往往取决于元件中摩擦付的使用寿命和工作状态,因此液压元件摩擦付的工作状态和材料就成为液压技术发展的关键之一。通常,液压元件的摩擦付选材时,大都采用耐磨、耐热的整体合金材料。例如,柱塞泵的缸体,叶片泵齿轮泵的侧板等,多采用整体QAL9—4铝青铜。这样虽改善了摩擦付的工况,增加了摩擦付的工作寿命,但要消耗大量国家紧缺的铜材,对液压元件的推广带来了困难。随着材料科学的发展和工艺技术的不断(?)新,复合减摩材料在矿用液压元件
