一、绳索取心钻杆结垢原因(一)结垢的物质因素1.结垢物质成分、粒度分布为了解钻杆内壁所结泥垢的物质成分,对从现场采集到的钻杆垢、粘土、离心除泥器废砂和岩心作了吸兰量测定和粒度分布测定,结果见表1。由表1可知钻杆垢和离心除泥器所清除的废砂的吸兰量都很小,与相近岩石的吸兰量接近,而远远小于造浆用高阳土的吸兰量。这就说明钻杆垢和离心除泥器所消除的废砂绝大部分都是无用钻屑颗粒,而不含有用粘土成分。

This shows that most of the waste sand removed by drill pipe scale and centrifugal desilter is useless cuttings particles, but not clay content.
