我厂的六米龙门刨磨床原为动压导轨,润滑油是打入床身导轨的。现改为静压导轨,静压油腔开在工作台导轨上。工作台是运动部件,而油泵站是在地基上不动的,因此,如何输送压力油的问题就是龙门刨磨床改装为静压导轨的一个首先遇到的问题。我们考虑了现有的几种办法:在床身上设置贮油槽对于新设计的机床是适用的,但对改装机床则由于空间不够,结构处理也有许多困难;履带式输油只适用于低速运行的机床,我们的机床是磨削、刨削两用的,刨削时工作台速度很快,履带工作不可靠。
