一、指导思想 在党的“一个中心、两个基本点”的基本路线指引下,认真贯彻《全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制条例》和《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》,以经济效益为中心,全面推进设备管理和维修工作的现代化,为提高企业的技术装备素质和设备的综合效益贡献力量。 二、主要目标 1.积极配合政府部门做好设备管理工作,使我市企业设备新度系数有所上升,重大设备事故明显降低,主要生产设备的完好率稳定在90%以上。 2.协助市经委做好企业闲置设备的日常管理工作,使我市企业每年闲置设备调剂额不低于企业现有闲置总数的5%。 3.树立10个计算机辅助设备管理的样板企业,并逐步扩大应用范围,为在“九五”年末大中型企业基本实现计算机辅助设备管理打好基础。 4.每年举办6~10期设备管理及维修技术短期培训班,1~2期设备管理干部岗位培训班。
