我局目前34个排水泵房中,采用DA型泵占85%以上,采用TSW型泵占5%左右。在中等扬程、中等流量矿山排水中,DA型及TSW型泵以工作安全可靠而被广泛采用。随着技术的发展,水泵也在向着高效等方面不断更新。在DA型泵的基础上而制造的一种D型泵,不仅安全可靠,而且与DA型和TSW型泵相比,效率亦高。因此,D型泵越来越广泛地应用于矿山排水中。本文通过水泵参数及计算数据等方面的对比,论述D型泵取代目前矿山排水中广泛采用的DA型和TSW型泵的必要性。 一、D型、DA型、TSW型泵性能参数对比
Our bureau currently 34 drainage pump room, using DA pump accounted for more than 85%, the use of TSW pump accounted for about 5%. In the medium-lift, medium-flow mine drainage, DA-type and TSW-type pump is widely used to work safety and reliability. With the development of technology, pumps are constantly updated toward high efficiency. A D-pump based on the DA pump is not only safe and reliable, but also more efficient than the DA and TSW pumps. Therefore, D-type pump is more and more widely used in mine drainage. In this paper, through the comparison of pump parameters and calculation data, the necessity of D-type pump to replace DA and TSW pumps which are widely used in mine drainage is discussed.
