我市现有独立核算的劳动就业服务企业230多家,从业人员3万人,每年吸纳失业人员2000多人。过去,对劳服企业的管理主要是依靠行政方法,如审批企业设立、验收合格企业、拨付扶持资金、下达物资和安置计划等。现在,遵循市场经济规律,我们工作的重点调整到组织、推动、协调和服务上来。特别注意在指导企业用足用活政策上下功夫,从而促进了劳服企业的发展。
The city's existing independent accounting of employment service enterprises more than 230, employing 30,000 people each year to absorb more than 2,000 unemployed people. In the past, the management of labor-service enterprises mainly relied on administrative methods, such as approving enterprises to set up, accepting and accepting qualified enterprises, appropriating supporting funds, issuing supplies and resettlement plans. Now, following the laws of the market economy, the focus of our work is to organize, promote, coordinate and serve. Special attention should be given to directing enterprises to make full use of their livelihood policies so as to promote the development of labor service enterprises.
