The non-uniform plane wave in a two-phase saturated porous medium is discussed. In the adopted porous media model, the assumption that the microscopic density of each component remains constant and the macroscopic density related to the volume fraction changes is utilized. For the elastic porous solid filled with ideal inviscid fluid, the propagation characteristics of two non-uniform plane waves and the trajectory of the particle motion are discussed in detail.
