控制喘憋是治疗毛细支气管炎的关键。我们经临床实践认为激素治疗效果不甚理想。1996年12月以来,我们应用尼群地平治疗毛细支气管炎40例,疗效较满意。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:所选择病例年龄1个月～2岁。临床具有突然喘憋、烦躁、气急、鼻扇、三凹征、发绀、双肺满布哮鸣音及湿罗音,心率快。X线胸片:可见不同程度的梗阻性肺气肿及点片状阴影。血:白细胞总数3.0～10×10~9/L,中性0.3～0.6,淋巴0.40～0.70。均符合毛细支气管炎的诊断。随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组40例,男28例,女12例;～6个月18例,～1岁13例,～2岁9例,平均年龄9个月。对照 Controlling wheezing is the key to treating bronchiolitis.
