随着近年来购房潮的来临,广大年轻人想拥有一套住房都成为了奢望,由于住房公积金有着长期性、互助性、专项性的特点,住房公积金贷款被逐步认可和广泛的应用中。而住房公积金在为人们提供便利的同时也存在一定的风险,本文就公积金抵押贷款违约风险管理进行了科学分析和初探,分析原因,给出建议。
With the advent of housing purchase tide in recent years, the vast majority of young people want to have a home have become a luxury, due to the long-term housing fund, mutual assistance, special features, housing provident fund loans are gradually recognized and widely used. However, housing provident fund provides convenience for people as well as certain risks. This article makes a scientific analysis and preliminary study on the default risk management of provident fund mortgage loans, analyzes the reasons and gives some suggestions.
