退休干部是我们党和国家的宝贵财富。做好退休干部管理服务工作,既是党的退休干部政策的具体体现,也是退休干部管理服务工作者职责。退休干部长期接受党的教育,具有较高的政治觉悟和政策水平,具有强烈的事业心和责任感。他们虽然已经从工作岗位上退了下来,但仍然心系大局,情系人民,关心着国家大事,关心着本单位的改革、发展和稳定。在新时期,要努力实践“三个代表”重要思想,按照“三个代表”重要思想和学习实践科学发展观的要求做好新时期退休干部工作。这项工作做得如何,关系到改革的深化和经济的发展,也关系到退休干部政策落实,全面维护社会的稳定。 Retired cadres are a valuable asset to our party and our country. Doing a good job in retired cadre management and service work is not only a concrete manifestation of the party’s policy on retired cadres, but also the duty of retired cadre management service workers.
