提出了一种区域电网节能发电调度的算法模型,利用该模型可以制定各省市的日发电计划。该算法首先确定开机机组组合,然后确定跨省交易电力,最后确定机组的发电量和发电曲线。然后根据这个模型,利用实际的区域电网进行了跨省交易电量分析,得出了采用设计煤耗进行节能调度会引起“煤电倒流”的问题,建议采用考虑电煤运输损耗等因素的综合煤耗作为节能调度机组排序的依据。最后对组织实施节能发电调度提出了一些问题和建议。
An algorithm model of regional grid energy-saving generation dispatching is proposed. Using this model, the daily power generation plans of all provinces and cities can be formulated. The algorithm first determines the combination of booting units, and then determines the power trans-provincial trading, and finally determines the unit generating capacity and power generation curve. Then according to this model, the actual regional power grid is used to analyze the power consumption of the trans-provincial trade, and the conclusion is drawn that using the designed coal consumption to carry out the energy-saving dispatching will cause the problem of “coal backflow”. It is suggested to adopt the comprehensive Coal consumption as a basis for sorting of energy-saving scheduling units. Finally, some problems and suggestions are put forward for organizing the implementation of energy-saving power generation scheduling.
