我们东南大学电光源研究中心承担的“国家重大项目——节能电光源”一条龙中的紧凑型荧光灯生产技术与设备的研究开发工作现已全而地进入了加工制造和单机调试阶段,由于这条生产线速度较快(1200只/小时),自动化程度较高,要求成品率≥出85%,因此对机器设备的设计(包括制灯工艺、机械设计、电气控制)、加工制造与调试等都提出了较高的要求.首先是制灯工艺要先进与稳定.机器设备设计方案选择时做到:机电有机结合、优化组合.以保证机器结构简单、合理、运转平稳,动作到位准确.安全可靠,满足工艺要求,确保产品质量.为此,在“八五”紧凑型荧光灯生产线的研制过程中,在电气控制与监测方面,我们做了大量的研究与试验工作.现简要地介绍如下:
