在广州利用人工气候箱和冬季温室栽培技术研究了培矮 64S提纯群体和未提纯群体育性转换的光温反应特性。结果表明 :培矮 64S在较低温 (日均温 2 0~ 2 5℃ )条件下 ,表现较强的发育感光性和育性光敏性 ;培矮 64S提纯群体和未提纯群体内单株育性转换的光温临界值均出现分离 ,但提纯群体内的光温临界值分离幅度较小。该提纯群体在 13h/ 2 4℃光温处理中群体的平均自交不实率为 99.6% ,达到实用核不育系的不育度标准 ;在日长为 13h以上 ,日均温高于 2 4℃的地区和季节制种 ,杂种纯度均有保证
The light and temperature response characteristics of the transplants of Pei’ai 64S population and the non-purified population were studied in Guangzhou using artificial climate chamber and winter greenhouse cultivation techniques. The results showed that Peiai 64S exhibited strong developmental photostability and fertility photosensitivity under lower temperature (daily average temperature 20 ~ 25 ℃). Pei’ai 64S had no significant difference in single plant fertility However, the critical values of light and temperature in the purified population are less separated. The average population self-incompletion rate of the population was 99.6% at 13h / 2 4 ℃, which reached the standard of sterility of practical sterile line. When the daily length was above 13h, the average daily temperature was higher than 2 4 ℃ in the region and seasonal seed, hybrid purity are guaranteed
