在文献的基础上改进了动态弹簧分析法,提高了测试精度,使此法不但适用于高聚物的高弹态而且也适用于它的玻璃态。 将改进了的动态弹簧分析法试用于环氧树脂的等温固化过程的研究,测定了等温固化过程中环氧树脂动态贮能模量和内耗的变化曲线,并进行了表观动力学分析。
Based on the literature, the dynamic spring analysis method is improved to improve the testing accuracy. This method not only applies to the high elastic state of polymer but also to its glassy state. The improved dynamic spring analysis method was used to study the isothermal curing process of epoxy resin. The curves of dynamic storage modulus and internal friction of epoxy resin during isothermal curing were measured and the apparent dynamic analysis was carried out.
