In order to observe the health effects of lead-containing hot metal on the workers directly using the steel, we conducted a survey on the status of lead hazards in the converter steelmaking plant. The results are reported as follows. Subjects and methods First, the concentration of lead in the air according to the annual report since 1987, converter furnace lead smoke to be sorted out.
