We found in the long-term ultra-thin slicing practice that the optimum cutting position of the glass 6-blade does not accord with the traditional concept when the root diameter is less than 1mm, and even the opposite, that is, the right-hand blade (which is generally not considered to be used for slicing) Not sliced “forbidden zone”, but also sharp and durable than the left side of the knife (traditionally considered the best knife). To this end, we observed the different parts of the incision and its sections by optical microscope (LM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM), which provided valuable information on how to correctly use and improve the glass incision.
