7月10日,停牌近一个月的徐工科技(000425)发布公告称,已与春兰汽车股东江苏春兰自动车有限公司签署《股权转让意向书》,徐工科技将接手江苏春兰持有的全部60%股份,重卡企业将迎来一个新成员。当年从家电跨入汽车制造领域一直未能拿到“轿车准生证”的春兰集团,在不得已改变方向生产重卡的这几年中,走得相当不顺,不仅与日野在重卡方面的合作没有得到政策支持,其产销量也一直在中国重卡行业末端徘徊。去年,仅汽车业务,春兰集团亏损达到5500万元。此番卖出,是为给行将退市的上市公司卸掉包袱,属“丢卒保车”之举。
