对27例经临床、手术及病理确诊的听神经瘤进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)研究。结果全部BAEP异常,表现为患侧波形消失、波Ⅰ或波Ⅰ、Ⅱ之后各波消失以及伴随对侧波Ⅲ、Ⅴ峰潜伏期延长等。术后随访11例有6例好转。18例X线检查阳性率88％。全部病例CT检查均异常。显示BAEP与CT一样,对诊断听神经瘤都非常有意义。
The brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were studied in 27 cases of acoustic neuromas diagnosed clinically, surgically and pathologically. Results All BAEP abnormalities showed that the ipsilateral waveforms disappeared and disappeared after wave Ⅰ or wave Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and the latency of peak Ⅲ and Ⅴ accompanied with contralateral wave was increased. Postoperative follow-up in 11 cases, 6 cases improved. 18 cases of X-ray examination positive rate of 88%. CT examination in all cases were abnormal. BAEP and CT showed the same, the diagnosis of acoustic neuroma are very meaningful.
