The existing historical data can fully prove that the appellation “Kim Jong Il” (Kim Jong Il) frequently appearing in the file of the Japanese Foreign Ministry is Liao Zhongkai’s pseudonym. From the time of the Chinese Revolutionary Party, Liao Zhongkai became one of Sun Yat-sen’s most trusted aids. Combined with the records of Japanese archives and the analysis of Chinese data, it can be concluded that Liao Zhongkai, former deputy secretary of the Chinese Revolutionary Party’s finance minister, is the former secretary of the party. Therefore, he was able to attend the summit meeting of the highest officials and assist Sun Yat-sen in handling general affairs . Sun Yat-sen appointed Zhang Renjie, a wealthy merchant member, as his finance minister and Liao Zhongkai as his deputy minister. He intended to raise the effectiveness of the fund-raising by the Chinese revolutionary party by borrowing his credit and prevented the debt repayment of Guangdong’s overseas Chinese in the Republic of China Negative impact. Therefore, during this period, Liao Zhongkai never signed letters in the party’s official letter, all with Zhang Renjie’s seal.
