用竹醋液、芦荟汁不同配比的复配液对常见微生物进行了抑菌活性测定。结果表明竹醋液起着抑菌的主导作用,抑菌效果随着竹醋液含量的增加而增加,复配液对放线菌的抑菌效果最强,对曲霉的抑菌效果最弱;同时还发现防腐剂的添加对复配液的抑菌活性无影响。
The antibacterial activity of common microorganisms was determined by using different ratios of bamboo vinegar and aloe juice. The results showed that bamboo vinegar played a leading role in antibacterial activity, and the antibacterial effect increased with the increase of bamboo vinegar content. The antibacterial effect of the compound solution on actinomycetes was the strongest, and that on Aspergillus was the weakest. At the same time, it was also found that the addition of preservatives had no effect on the antibacterial activity of the compounded solution.
