1 前言在锅筒、压力容器壳体、管道等部件的环向对接焊缝的超声波探测中,影响补偿量的因素较多。即使在一个工件的探测过程中,也可能产生较大的变化。以往探测中,由于现场所探部件的结构形式和规格较多,很难对每一个具体的探测对象都加工出相应的测量补偿量的试块,探伤时往往由探伤人员凭经验估计,很容易使选取的补偿量不合适,使探伤结果产生较大的误差,影响了工件的评级和判废。因此,如何根据具体情况选择合适的补偿量,降低定量误差,是很有意义的。
