以NaCl、SnCl_2、NH_4Cl和PdCl_2为润湿剂对SiC_p进行净化处理。以净化处理后的SiC_p为增强体,采用搅拌铸造法制备AA6011/Sip复合材料。采用标准方法对复合材料的延展性和硬度进行研究,并分别采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究复合材料的显微组织和相组成。结果表明,对于所有的润湿净化剂,复合材料的延展性随净化时间的延长增大到一定值,然后随着净化时间的继续延长,其延展性反而减小。在净化剂SnCl_2浓度为40 g/L和净化时间为60 min的条件下,复合材料获得硬度为BHN 57.88和延展性为11.91%的最佳综合性能。复合材料的X射线衍射谱中仅出现少量Al_4C_3,表明净化过程抑制了有害析出物的形成。
The SiC_p was treated with NaCl, SnCl_2, NH_4Cl and PdCl_2 as wetting agent. With the purified SiC_p as reinforcement, AA6011 / Sip composite was prepared by stirring casting method. The ductility and hardness of the composites were studied by standard methods. The microstructure and phase composition of the composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that for all wetting agents, the ductility of the composites increases to a certain value with the prolongation of decontamination time, and then decreases with the prolongation of decontamination time. Under the conditions of 40 g / L SnCl_2 and 60 min purifying time, the composites obtained the best comprehensive properties with hardness of BHN 57.88 and ductility of 11.91%. Only a small amount of Al_4C_3 appeared in the X-ray diffraction spectrum of the composite, indicating that the purification process inhibited the formation of harmful precipitates.
