硅橡胶彩电高压帽 众所周知,电视机显象管的阳极电压高达数千至二、三万伏,且显象管屏幕尺寸越大,阳极电压越高。这一高压是由行输出变压器(俗称高压包)产生,并通过高压导线和高压帽与显象管阳极相接,以保证高压高频电流的稳定传输。 高压帽是高压包上的重要元件。它的作用是确保阳极弹簧与显象管阳极能良好接触,同时防止高压高频电流在不良环境下对机内其他部件的干扰与破坏,保证人、机安全。 目前,国产电视(尤其彩电)所用高压帽大部分是以三元乙丙胶为原料制成的,原料是一种饱和型高分子化合物。由这种原料制成的高压帽密封性差、容易老化、耐高、低温性能欠佳、且容易破裂。使用寿命一般仅2~3年。 高压帽破裂会使阳极弹簧氧化、高压接触不良,轻则
