人们也许会说,我们有取之不竭的黄浦江乃至长江,用水不愁。专家的回答却令人顿悟:上海的水资源总量虽然比较丰裕,但可供饮用的水仅占地表水资源的20％,上海已被列为全国300个缺水城市之一(属水质型缺水)。
People may say that we have inexhaustible Huangpu River and the Yangtze River, water worry about. Although the total amount of water in Shanghai is plentiful, the water supply for drinking only accounts for 20% of the surface water resources. Shanghai has been listed as one of the 300 water-deficient cities in China (belonging to water quality type Lack of water).
