液压挖掘机作回转运动时,常有底盘滑动跟转现象,这说明整机地面附着力矩过小。实际使用中,地面附着力矩会因地面状况的不同而不同。实际的地面附着力矩会比试验场地的大,因此回转齿轮上所受的力也大。在满载工作、快速回转、紧急制动时,都会使作用力急剧提高。回转齿轮受的力是一个变值。本文谨对何时出现最大值和如何选取计算力作初步分析。1 回转齿轮受力最大值分析 挖掘机回转支承齿轮承受最大作用力有两个条件:良好的地面附着条件,地面对整机附着力矩足够大;回转时产生极大的回转力矩。 (1)液压挖掘机在不同地面工作时,有不同的地面附着系数f(表1)。地面会产生不同的附力矩。计算公式是(图1):
When the hydraulic excavator is used for swing motion, the chassis often slides and turns, which indicates that the ground attachment moment of the whole machine is too small. In actual use, the ground attachment torque will vary depending on the ground conditions. The actual ground attachment torque is greater than the test site, so the force on the slewing gear is also large. At full load, quick turn, and emergency braking, the force is increased dramatically. The force on the slewing gear is a variable value. This article attempts to provide a preliminary analysis of when the maximum occurs and how to choose the calculation power. 1 analysis of the maximum force of the slewing gear The slewing bearing gear of the excavator is subject to two conditions: good ground attachment conditions, sufficient ground attachment torque to the whole machine, and a great slewing moment when rotating. (1) When the hydraulic excavator is working on different grounds, there are different ground attachment factors f (Table 1). The ground will produce different moments of attachment. The formula is (Figure 1):
