本文叙述了用622数据采集和处理系统联机实时处理涡喷发动机稳态进气压力畸变试验数据所遇到的问题及其解决方法。系统全部由国产设备组成。采集及处理程序用汇编语言编写,通过与发动机联机试验,证实系统采集数据的精度及运算处理的结果能满足发动机试验的要求,解决了稳态进气压力畸变试验的数据采集及处理自动化问题。
This paper describes the problems encountered in the real-time processing of turbojet engine steady state intake pressure distortion test data by 622 data acquisition and processing system and its solution. System consists of all domestic equipment. The collection and processing procedures are written in assembly language. Through the online test with the engine, it is confirmed that the accuracy of the data collected by the system and the result of the calculation processing can meet the requirements of the engine test and solve the data acquisition and processing automation problems of the steady state intake pressure distortion test.
