松针为松种松属植物马尾松(Pinus mas-soniana Lamb.)的针状叶。“松柏为百木之长”,服之“令人不老,轻身益气,主治风湿疮,生毛发,安五脏,守中,不饥延年。据载松针含挥发油,黄酮,维生素,树脂等,可治风湿性关节炎,夜盲症等多种疾病。国外认为松针具有溶解人体内老化物,调整和促进身体组织机能,增进人体健康的作用。近年来,国内外将松针作为一种丰富的营养资源广为利用。我们用松针为主要原料酿造营养酒获得成功。为证实松针的营养价值和了解其化学成分,笔者对本地产松针进行了研究,从水提取部分得到十七种游离氨基酸,在原药中含量达4.74%。本文报道游离氨基酸成分的研究结果。实验部分一、提取分离取松针切碎,用石油醚脱脂,加温水浸泡24小时,过滤,药渣用水重复提一次,合并提取液,减压浓缩至1∶1的体积,加2倍量95%的乙醇,静置过夜。吸取上清液,将下层沉淀抽滤,滤液合并,回收乙醇至无醇味,通过732型强酸性阳离子交换树脂,用蒸馏水反复冲洗至洗液澄明,然后用1.5mol/L氨水洗脱,流速3ml/min,收集洗脱液,至不显茚三
