红外器件的性能和使用寿命与器件和杜瓦瓶有关。杜瓦瓶的使用寿命与“真空度”保持时间有关。封接环的焊接质量又决定着真空度保持时间。因此,本文着重讨论保证封接环焊接质量的有关问题。目前封接技术有如下四种方法:即直接熔封、烙铁锡焊、胶封和氩弧焊焊封。由于氩弧焊,特别是高频脉冲氩弧焊性能优越,质量可靠。因此,我们选用703所JHD-05-3型焊接电源,研制成焊接玻璃杜瓦瓶封接环的专用焊机。经过工艺试验,于1982年成功地用于交货产品的焊接。
