在供应链中,最终顾客需求量变化不大而随着需求信息一级一级地沿着供应链向上游企业传递,需求量变化却越来越大,学术界形象地称之为“牛鞭效应”。本文阐述了牛鞭效应的概念,并提出了实行VMI、减少流通环节、实现信息的实时共享、限制企业的博弈行为等几种消除牛鞭效应的策略。
In the supply chain, the final customer demand does not change much, and as the demand information is transmitted to the upstream enterprises one level by one along the supply chain, the demand changes more and more. The academic circles vividly call it “cow Whip effect ”. This paper describes the concept of bullwhip effect and puts forward some strategies to eliminate bullwhip effect, such as implementing VMI, reducing circulation, real-time sharing of information, and limiting the game behavior of enterprises.
