本文采用实验研究方法研究了等温模锻工艺参数对铝合金整体叶轮成形性能的影响,设计了适合于整体叶轮等温锻造用组合胎模具。实验结果表明,变形温度、保压时间等工艺参数对铝合金整体叶轮的成型性有较大的影响,而变形速率对其变形抗力的影响较为敏感。采用合理的等温变形工艺参数能够获得满足尺寸及性能要求的铝合金整体叶轮锻件。
In this paper, the influence of isothermal forging process parameters on the forming performance of the aluminum alloy impeller was studied by means of experimental research, and the composite tire mold suitable for isothermal forging of the whole impeller was designed. The experimental results show that the processing parameters such as deformation temperature and dwell time have great influence on the formability of the aluminum alloy impeller, while the deformation rate is more sensitive to the deformation resistance. The use of reasonable isothermal deformation process parameters can be obtained to meet the size and performance requirements of the overall aluminum alloy forgings.
