In order to quantitatively analyze the CO2 formed by the contact metamorphism of carbonate rocks, the elemental distributions of the major elements and rare earth elements in the carbonatite contact metamorphic belt in northeastern Songliao Basin were studied. It is considered that the enrichment of silicon and loss of calcium and carbon in the process of contact metamorphism of carbonate rocks are mainly reflected by the fact that CaO and SiO2 have a linear relationship with ΣREE. With the increase of metamorphism, the content of elements, the distribution pattern of rare earth elements and fractionation The more the degree is to the granites, the main reason is the mixing of carbonate and intrusive fluids, the change of rare earths due to the silicification and mineralization of carbonate rocks, and the enrichment of light rare earth elements by carbonate recrystallization. Calculated the CO2 release and rock volume ratio (2.7 ~ 256.7). It is proved that the contact metamorphism of carbonate rocks is a mechanism of inorganic formation of CO2.
