在肌注链霉素20d建立的耳毒动物模型上,施用催产素(OXT)20d,用慢性电极动态记录耳蜗电图及40 Hz听觉相关电位,并结合蜗内直流电位(EP)及耳蜗病理学观察,发现在用OXT后耳聋停止发展且电反应阈值下降20 dB以上,OXT组毛细胞损伤程度亦较轻,EP值支持OXT可能主要通过改善血管纹功能而发挥治疗作用.
Oxytocin (OXT) was administered to the ototoxicity animal models established by streptomycin 20d for 20 days. The electrocochleogram and 40 Hz auditory-related potentials were recorded dynamically by chronic electrodes.
