目的探讨乳腺癌组织中谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTpi)的表达与预后的关系。方法用免疫组化方法检测120名女性乳腺癌患者GSTpi的表达情况,并与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、腋淋巴结转移及临床分期进行相关分析。统计学:采用χ2检验,相关性检验采用秩相关统计法。结果谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTpi)的表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、组织学分级及腋淋巴结转移率、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTpi)与乳腺癌预后关系密切。乳腺癌组织中GSTpi的存在是一个预后差的预后指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of glutathione transferase (GSTpi) and prognosis in breast cancer. Methods The expression of GSTpi in 120 female patients with breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry and correlated with age, tumor size, histological grade, axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. Statistics: using χ2 test, correlation test using rank correlation statistics. Results The expression of glutathione transferase (GSTpi) was closely related to tumor size, histological grade, axillary lymph node metastasis rate and clinical stage (P <0.05). Conclusion Glutathione transferase (GSTpi) is closely related to the prognosis of breast cancer. The presence of GSTpi in breast cancer is a poor prognostic prognostic indicator.
