为评价轻型钢结构房屋的抗震性能,近年来对其的研究取得了重要成果,主要依靠试验或者数值分析得到结构的地震响应,一般主要集中在墙板整体性能的分析上。然而,根据试验结果,墙板的整体性能取决于连接件的性能,如板与板之间的连接和墙板与框架之间的连接等。此外,非结构构件(传统设计中不考虑)对三维结构的整体性能影响也非常大。回顾了近几年笔者与合作者在Timisoara的Politehnica University所做的研究成果,这些研究主要以衡量轻型钢框架房屋的性能及特征为目标,致力于该结构具体特征的设计。此外,还介绍了足尺剪力墙板的单调及循环加载试验,连接节点的试验以及对正在建造中的房屋现场环境振动试验。
In order to evaluate the seismic performance of light-weight steel structure houses, the research on it has achieved important results in recent years. The seismic response of the structure is mainly obtained by means of experiments or numerical analysis. Generally, it focuses on the analysis of the overall performance of the wallboard. However, depending on the test results, the overall performance of the wall panel depends on the performance of the connector, such as the connection between the panel and the panel and the connection between the panel and the frame. In addition, the non-structural components (not considered in the traditional design) have a great impact on the overall performance of the three-dimensional structure. Reviewing the research done by the author and collaborator at Politehnica University in Timisoara in recent years, these researches focus on the design of the features of the structure with the goal of measuring the performance and characteristics of the light steel frame house. In addition, the monotonic and cyclic loading tests of full-length shear wall panels, the test of connecting nodes and the environmental vibration test of the house under construction are also introduced.
