2005年12月18日，一套收录全套大龙票、小龙票、蟠龙票等在内的国宝文物邮集——《中华龙邮》在浙江省图书馆举行首发仪式。
为纪念中国邮政开办110周年，在神舟6号飞船搭载“大龙、小龙、蟠龙”邮票成功飞天后，中华全国集邮联合会印刷了《中华龙邮》首次向全球限量发行，经国家公证机关公证，全球仅限量发售300套。集邮爱好者和文物收藏者可到浙江省图书馆二楼贵宾厅发行中心一睹“大龙”风采。邮品将由浙江省图书馆发行中心接受订购。
据了解，这套邮集是一次国宝级文物邮品的大展鉴，由清代卷、民国解放区卷和新中国卷组成，汇聚了168枚旷世罕见的邮票；其中清朝邮票、税票及外票41枚，民国邮票及税票52枚，解放区邮票45枚，新中国邮票30枚。清代卷中收录了罕见的全套“大龙邮票”，全套“小龙邮票”和“红印花”等珍品。一百多年过去了，至今品相完好的旧票已十分难得，实寄封流传至今尚不足500枚，故旧票显得十分的珍贵。
为确保收入旧邮品的真实性，邮集中所有的邮票均经过中国邮票博物馆和北京拓普邮票文书司法鉴定中心鉴定；又由于本册部分清代邮品是从海外市场辗转而回，因此本册收入的部分邮票又由国际著名的邮品鉴定机构美国PSE邮票鉴定公司鉴定。由于海内外三大权威机构联合鉴定，保证了《中华龙邮》的真实和权威性。
Stamps of Chinese Dragon
On December 18, 2005, Zhejiang Library witnessed the launching ceremony held to release Stamps of Chinese Dragon, a new album of 168 stamps issued by All-China Philatelic Federation in celebration of the 110th anniversary of the founding of China Post.
Only a limited number of 300 albums will be issued to philatelists all over the world.
The new album has nothing new: contained in it are precious representative stamps issued in the past. They illustrate the historical footsteps of postal development in China over a period of 110 years.
It displays the complete sets of “Large Dragon”, “Small Dragon” and “Flying Dragon”, all issued in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Shenzhou VI, the second Chinese manned spacecraft that flew around Earth in October 2005, carried the antique stamps on its space trip.
Of the 168 frames of rare stamps, 41 were issued in the Qing Dynasty, 52 by the Republic of China (1912-1949), 45 in the Liberated Areas under the Communist Party, 30 after New China came into being.
All the stamps in the 300 albums were authenticated by two domestic stamp authorities. Some stamps issued during the Qing Dynasty were contributed by overseas collectors. These stamps were authenticated by PSE, a top stamp authentication institution based in USA.
