通过对山东省淄博市原山林场自1996年以来改革实践的介绍,展现了改革带来的飞跃:由负债总额达4000多万元的“要饭林场”发展成为固定资产10亿元的企业集团。改革理念与措施:跳出林场办林场,站在市场干林场;保护森林,践行生态价值观;以森林为依托,发展生态旅游;实施股份制改造,激活林场内生动力;改革成果惠及职工,构建幸福林场。通过改革,林场实现了可持续发展和职工共同富裕的双赢局面。
Through the introduction of reform practice in Yuan Shan Forest Farm in Zibo City, Shandong Province since 1996, the leap forward brought by the reform was demonstrated: a group of enterprises with a fixed asset of 1 billion yuan was formed from “primeval forest” with a total debt of more than 40 million yuan .
