履带推土机转向离合器的分离采用液压式,转向失灵是多发性故障之一,且大多是油路故障引起的。在这些故障中,转向离合器联接盘松动、刮伤、研磨,接盘活塞损坏、老化、磨损,接盘活塞及活塞环损伤、失效等又占了相当比例。要排除这些故障,往往需要拆下联接盘,而联接盘与轴采用静配合,压装力很大(如D80-18推土机转向离合器联接盘与轴的压装力达40吨),拆卸十分困难。为此,我们设计制作了一个联接盘压(拆)装机。
The hydraulic clutch is used for the separation of the steering bulldozer steering clutch. Steering failure is one of multiple faults, and most of them are caused by oil circuit faults. In these failures, the steering clutch coupling plate is loosened, scratched, and ground, and the disk-displaced piston is damaged, deteriorated, and worn, and the disk piston and piston ring are damaged and ineffective. To eliminate these faults, it is often necessary to remove the coupling plate, and the coupling plate and the shaft adopt a static fit and the pressing force is very large (for example, the pressing force of the D80-18 bulldozer steering clutch coupling plate and the shaft is 40 tons), and the disassembly is very difficult. For this purpose, we designed and manufactured a joint plate pressure (removal) machine.
