《中国兽医科技》1992 年第22卷第12期46页载有《鸡 的安哥拉病》一文。“安哥 拉”来自“Angara”,为巴基斯坦的地名。我认为“安哥拉”一词可译为“安加拉”较妥。其理由是:①地名的译名,多依据辛华编、商务印书馆1978年出版的《世界地名译名手册》。此手册无Angara一词,但有AngaraR(安加拉河)一词,说明Angara译为安加拉是可以的;②另有一词Angora,倒是可以译为安哥拉,这个Angora是土耳其的地名,这个Angora即Ankara “Chinese veterinary science and technology” in 1992 twenty-second volume No. 12 46 pages containing “Chicken Angora disease” a text. Angola is from Angara, a place name for Pakistan. I think the word “Angola” can be translated as “Angara” better.
