Since the 1950s, more graves have been found in the Wei-Jin and XVI-Guoguo townships in the Hexi Corridor. These town graves mainly write the dead time of the deceased and the 12 counties, the name of the deceased’s name and related information, interpretation and isolation of life and death words, to communicate the ghost of the gods and to replace the deceased to be punished, fine As the bearing of the things and so on. The main purpose is to isolate life and death, so that the deceased rest in peace for the living and removal of pests. This reflects the concept of funeral of the people who died after a lifetime as a matter of life and to a certain extent reproduced the abundant life world of the Hexi people during the period of the 16-nation Wei and Jin Dynasties.
