本文以棉籽壳为对照,以废棉、稻壳为原料组成4个配方,进行了袋栽平菇配比试验,对各配方的出菇产量进行了方差分析,结果表明:在废棉中添加稻壳后,菌丝的生长速度及生长势与棉籽壳基本相同,生物学效率均在110%以上.在各种配比中,以在废棉中添加20~30%稻壳的出菇产量较高.利用废棉栽培平菇,既扩大了食用菌原料来源,又解决了棉花加工厂的废料再利用,是平菇栽培的一条新途径
