苦丁茶繁殖特性与繁育技术研究

贵州野生苦丁茶(LigustrumrobustumBl.)人工播种后发芽率仅5%左右,采用150mg/kg赤霉素液浸种24h,可有效解除抑制,提高发芽率至60%以上。苦丁茶种子萌发过程需要适当的光照,育苗应浅播浅盖。扦插繁殖:1~2年生枝条和当年生绿枝扦插成活率为37%左右,老枝成活率仅18%;应用吲哚丁酸、生根粉等处理插条可提高成活率,对老枝插条处理效果更显著。 Guizhou wild bitter tea (LigustrumrobustumBl.)
