普通高中新课程改革已经在我省实施一轮结束。通过语文教学实践,获得许多感受和思考,在此与同行交流分享。一、把握好对话式教学中的“度”从个人素养上讲,每名语文教师都有自己的特长。或写得一笔好字,让学生眼福不浅;或口才非凡,让学生自愧弗如;或知识底蕴深厚,让学生口服而心服;或思维灵活深刻,让学生顶礼膜拜。凡此种种,不一而足。具体到课堂上,当然可以为之增色,令听者大呼过瘾。
