本文基于演化经济学惯例的视角构建并且通过实证研究测度了联盟管理能力,分析了联盟经验、联盟结构水平对联盟管理能力的影响机制,进而研究它们与联盟组合绩效的关系。通过对我国西安、成都和重庆三个高新区212家研发联盟企业的调查研究,结果表明联盟管理能力是一系列联盟惯例组成的多维度能力组合,包括联盟认知惯例、组织间协调惯例、联盟组合协调惯例、联盟学习惯例和联盟转换惯例;同时联盟管理能力直接影响联盟组合绩效,联盟管理能力在联盟经验和联盟组合绩效中起着完全中介的作用而在联盟结构水平和联盟组合绩效中起着部分中介作用。这些研究不仅丰富和补充了惯例在网络层面的研究,也为企业提升其联盟管理能力提供了理论支持。
This paper builds on the perspective of evolutionary economics and measures the alliance management ability through empirical research. It analyzes the influence mechanism of alliance experience and alliance structure on alliance management ability, and then studies their relationship with alliance portfolio performance. Through the investigation of 212 R & D alliances in three hi-tech zones in Xi’an, Chengdu and Chongqing, the results show that the alliance management ability is a combination of multidimensional capabilities composed of a series of alliance practices, including the practice of alliance cognition, inter-organizational coordination, union Combining and coordinating practices, alliance learning conventions and alliance transformation conventions; meanwhile, the alliance management ability directly affects the performance of the alliance portfolio. The alliance management capability plays a complete intermediary role in the alliance experience and the alliance portfolio performance, and plays an important role in alliance structure levels and alliance portfolio performance Part of the intermediary role. These studies not only enrich and supplement the research of routine at the network level, but also provide theoretical support for enterprises to enhance their alliance management capabilities.
