以籽用南瓜“银辉3号”为试材,采用田间小区试验方法,研究了不同氮磷钾配比对籽用南瓜全生育期内干物质的积累、分配和转运的影响,以促进籽用南瓜优质高产。结果表明:在南瓜全生育期内,全株的干物质积累量呈‘S’曲线变化,但不同的氮磷钾配比能显著影响籽用南瓜干物质积累的峰值。适宜的氮磷钾配比有利于提高果实干物质积累速率,增加库(果实)容量,为籽粒的形成提供物质基础,同时又可带动干物质在“源库”间的转运,促进瓜籽的干物质积累,从而提高籽用南瓜的产量和品质。
