本文分析了在矿井恶劣工作条件下,托辊轴承的使用寿命大大低于普通轴承名义寿命的原因,并介绍托辊专用的抗堵转轴承的结构特点及其优越性能,文章指出当前采用专用轴承是研制理想的无维修托辊的方向。
This paper analyzes the reason why the service life of idler bearing is much lower than the nominal life of ordinary bearing under the bad working conditions in mine and introduces the structural characteristics and superior performance of idler bearing which is special for idler. The article points out that the current use of special bearings Is the ideal direction of development without maintenance roller.
