目的胃排空核素显像是胃排空测定的金标准,临床上常用于固体食物研究胃半排时间,本研究探寻糖尿病患者胃排空半流质显像所用食物与胃半排时间的关系,以便将来更好地开展胃排空半流质显像。方法回顾性分析2015年10月至2016年8月间,8例糖尿病5年以上患者胃排空患者资料。分析核素胃排空操作步骤对患者与医技工作者的影响,运用质量改进计划(PDCA)手段,逐步优化单光子发射计算机显像(SPECT)方法,最后使用一阶导数来推测胃排空时间。结果研究使用两种半流质食物,其中服用酸奶混合餐的患者可以在1 min内进食完,服用蛋白粉混合餐的患者可以在3 min内进食完。经设备内置公式计算7例服用酸奶混合餐的患者与1例服用蛋白粉混合餐的患者均顺利完成检查。糖尿病患者胃排空情况显示,半流质餐平均半排时间为42.125 min。结论糖尿病患者胃排空半流质显像成功,有助于临床工作中对半流质饮食的相关研究。针对胃轻瘫半流质餐进行平均半排时间测定,有助于临床和营养学的研究。
Objective Gastric emptying imaging is the gold standard for determination of gastric emptying, which is commonly used in clinical studies of gastric food for half a day, and to explore the relationship between gastric half-liquid imaging and gastric half-emptying in patients with diabetes , In order to better carry out gastric emptying semi-liquid imaging in the future. Methods A retrospective analysis of 8 patients with diabetes over 5 years of gastric emptying from October 2015 to August 2016 was performed. The effect of nuclide gastric emptying procedure on patients and medical technicians was analyzed. The single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) method was gradually optimized by using quality improvement plan (PDCA). Finally, the first derivative was used to estimate the gastric emptying time . Results The study used two semi-liquid foods, of which patients taking yogurt mixed meal can eat within 1 min, taking protein powder mixed meal patients can eat within 3 min. Calculated by the built-in formula of 7 patients taking yogurt mixed meal and 1 patients taking protein meal mixed meal patients were successfully completed the inspection. Gastric emptying in diabetic patients showed that the average half-life of semi-liquid meals was 42.125 min. Conclusion Successful gastric emptying semi-liquid imaging in diabetic patients is helpful for the study of semi-liquid diet in clinical work. Gastroparesis semi-liquid meal for the average half-time measurement, contribute to clinical and nutrition research.
